increase bust

I MUST, I MUST, I MUST, INCREASE MY BUST!

Chances are, if you’re much younger than, say…about 45, you’ve never heard that “chant” we’ve got listed as our title of today’s post. This was a common one, believe it or not, back in the ‘50’s and ‘60’s, for young girls’ gym teachers to have them repeat aloud, while doing exercises that highlighted pectoral muscle exertion. The idea, back then, and which has still been long believed that if you exercise your pectoral muscles it will somehow increase your bust size.

Sadly, this is not the case, nor has it ever worked. Increasing bust size, since breasts are pretty much fatty tissue, must be done either by Nature and genetics, or by a plastic surgeon and breast implants. Breast augmentation, ladies, is the only way to “…increase your bust.” There have long been many misconceptions regarding breast enlargement surgery and, as long as people’s lack of initiative in educating themselves to find out the facts, such misconceptions will probably hold on.

One plastic surgeon, Dr. Ted Eisenberg, and his wife, Joyce, have recently written a book called “The Scoop on Breasts (A Plastic Surgeon Busts the Myths)”, and the couple dispel many such myths and misconceptions about breasts in general and also facts regarding breast implants and breast implant surgery. The book even includes facts about breast reconstruction, and is laid out in fun, highly readable format.

What’s the main point here? Don’t believe gossip, myths, and things you haven’t confirmed yourself. Ask a certified surgeon or staff…and maybe the Eisenberg’s book, for fun, to increase your fact base.
